Yen Bai Industry Mineral Joint Stock Company (YBM) and European Wood Plastic Development & Investment Joint Stock Company (Eurostark) was founded

The second factory was built in Nghe An province on an area of 30,000-meter-square, laying the foundation for the establishment of Nghe An European Plastic Company
